»Public in general and Aligarians in particular are hereby informed that Aligarh Muslim University Old Boys Sahkari Awas Samiti ( Regd ) has signed MOU in May 2010 with Supertech Group Noida Sector 58 to facilitate the purchase of 320 flats in their Echo Vill –1 Gr Noida project.
»Now by Gods grace and the cooperation by members the construction is nearing completion. Consequently there are reports that the builder has sold some suits to nonmembers for easy monetary gains without our knowledge.
»We are serious to take up the matter with Supertech and we warn people to be cautious while entertaining such transactions.

AMU Old Boys Sahkari Avas Samiti Ltd. hereby reserve 320 residential flats (40% 2 BHK of size 1050 sq. ft., 40% 3 BHK of size 1340 sq. ft. and 20% 4 BHK of size 1922 sq. ft.) in the Residential Project Eco Village - 1, Plot No. - 8, Sector 1, Greater NOIDA of Supertech Limited. For this AMU Old Boys Sahkari Avas Samiti Ltd. has signed  Memorandum of Understanding with SUPERTECH LTD.
 

 
   
     
 

The Samiti has agreed to purchase the following 3 categories of flats @ Rs. 1840/- per sq. ft. inclusive of BSP, EDC, FF, IFMS open reserved parking, club, lease rent and PLC, with the following additional facilities :

 
       
   Community Hall admeasururing 2700 sq. ft. will be used as MOSQUE with 2 rooms (total 4 rooms) on each side  
   
  • 1 Room for Imam
  • 1 Room for Moazzain and Mudarriss
  • 1 Room for Library
  • 1 room for the Caretaker of the Society
 
   One guest house of two rooms set in each tower  
   One medical center in any tower and at-least one water body (swimming pool) for the samiti.

 4 BHK of 1922 sq. ft. @ Rs. 1840 per sq. ft. = 35,36,480/-  
   3 BHK of 1340 sq. ft. @ Rs. 1840 per sq. ft. = 24,64,000/-  
   2 BHK of 1050 sq. ft . @ Rs. 1840 per sq. ft. = 219,32,000/-  
        
    Flexi Plan of Payment

As per the Memorandum of Understanding 10% of the cost of flat is payable by the members to SUPERTECH LTD. within 50 days from 10.05.2010. As such a Banker's cheque/pay order/ DD / or Cheque of Rs. 3,53,648/- for 4 BHK, Rs. 2,46,500/- for 3 BHK and Rs. 1,93,200/- for 2 BHK respectiveley, drawn in the name of "SUPERTECH LTD". be handed over to the Samiti on or before 29.06.2010 for forwarding the same to M/S SUPERTECH LTD

 
       
     

As per the Memorandum of Understanding another 10-% of the cost of flat is payable by the members to Supertech Ltd. within 120 days from 10.05.2010. As such a Banker's cheque/pay order/ DD / or Cheque of Rs. 3,53,648/- for 4 BHK, Rs. 2,46,500/- for 3 BHK and Rs. 1,93,200/- for 2 BHK respectiveley, drawn in the name of "SUPERTECH LTD". be handed over to the Samiti on or before 07.09.2010 for forwarding the same to M/S SUPERTECH LTD

 
       
      The total sale consideration shall be payable by the members to M/S SUPERTECH LTD. as per the following schedule.  
       
     
a. Within 50 days from 10.05.2010 10%
b. Within 120 days from 10.05.2010 10%
c. To be disbursed from Bank as per Flexi Plan of payment after getting margin on case to case basis 20%
d. On Completion of Foundation 7%
e. On casting of basement slab 7%
f. On casting of 2nd floor floor slab 7%
g. On casting of 5nd floor floor slab 7%
h. On casting of 8rd floor floor slab 7%
i. On casting of 10th floor floor slab 7%
j. On casting of 12th floor floor slab 7%
k. On casting of 14th floor floor slab 6%
l At the time of possession 5%
 
       
    For availing Bank Loan facility the following documents are required:
 
 
    6 Photographs (passport size) each for applicants as well as co-applicant

Those who are interested to purchase the flat in cash down scheme, the cost of flat in cash down scheme, the cost of the flats shall be @ Rs. 1770/- per sq. ft. as mentioned hereunder:

 
         
    4 BHK of 1922 sq. ft. @ Rs. 1770 per sq. ft. = 34,01,940/-  
    3 BHK of 1340 sq. ft. @ Rs. 1770 per sq. ft. = 23,71,800/-  
    2 BHK of 1050 sq. ft. @ Rs. 1770 per sq. ft. = 18,58,500  
       
    SALIENT FEATURE  
    M/S SUPERTECH Ltd. will hand over the possession of flats to the allottes in 30 months time from the date of signing of Memorandum of Understanding
 
 
    In case delay in handing over possession of the flat to the allottee beyond 30 months and a grace  period of 6 months M/s SUPERTECH Ltd. will pay penalty of Rs. 5 / - per sq. ft. p.m to the allottee.
 
 
    Likewise, in case of delay by the allottees in payment under clause 5(i) and 5(ii) beyond stipulated date due to any reason what-so-ever, interest @ 18% p.a for the delayed period shall be leveled.
